Still not working, got 5 blighted maps from a cyst that should have been blight-ravaged, all tier 14+

I think it's Blightreach buff from Fungal horizon that messes it up. If you exit the map and come back in before looting it seems to work for me so far.

Can confirm when u remove blightreach the scarab works

+1 blightbreach fuck everything up. tp to hideout then come back.
