VERISIUM ORE CLICKING ON CONTROLLER

I play ps4 with its default controller. I cant click on verisium ore veins when i have a skill assigned to the interact button, the same way one couldnt channel enemy totems on ToTa while having some skills assigned to X. I have to manually un-assign then re-assign my skill to be able to even start the encounter

Same - having issues, if i move around a lot and click from every angle, most of the time I can get it to channel, but not always

do u have something on the X button?
That causes mostly the problem.

For Example - If u have Enduring Cry on X Button. u have to wait for it Cooldown to expire, than tab X again on the Ore. Than it works.

When u have a Retaliation Skill on X, it dont work at all

if X isnt bound to any skill, it will work

I've had the same issue on xbox. No monsters on the screen. Tried clicking from different angles and nothing works while a skill was linked to the A button. Still had the issue yesterday after the xbox patch.

Targeting will prioritize monsters over the object so if there are any monsters in targeting range you will have trouble channeling on the ore deposit.

Currently with a Warcry on my X button the ore is only interactable while my skill is off cooldown. No monsters on screen, very easily to replicate.

It seems to be trying to do both actions at the same time and when it is not able to do one, it wont allow the other work either.

Normally I think of the X button as a dead area for a skill anyway, it tries to do too much and typically causes issues while trying to loot. TBH I might end up just automating this Warcry instead and call it good enough.

Having same problem on:

Virisium outcrop
Doors
Chests
Events

Pretty much anything clickable/actionable by X often doesn't work.


If you spam X and run around sometimes they will work but often even that doesn't help.

I have convocation on X as skill but if I removed all skills from X it still doesn't work.


Also some items on ground to pick up the X doesn't appear to pickup, but if you move away from it, you can.

Have the same problem on Xbox. I have tried everything. Default binding, no binding.. it does not make a difference. It either does work or it doesn't. If it doesn't work and I keep trying eventually it will activate, but it will not channel and I end up with zero monsters which means zero ore.

Yeah, I'm having the same issue. Looks like you can't interact with the node if you have any skills on cooldown on X button, or skills that are triggered (with Mark on Hit or CWDT) assigned to the X button.

The problem is that if you have a skill assigned to your A or X button which is an actionable button as well it causes this issue where you're not able to interact with the Verisium Ore. I had enduring cry on the button not sure about any other skills. I have also noticed a lot of actions sometimes don't work first try as well if you have a skill on the button. This wasn't the case before. I think some changes have caused this issue. For now I have moved the skill.
