To get any rage regen at all out of combat you would need 11 rage per second which is equivalent 3300 life regen converted into rage. The rage passives that reduce inherent rage loss reduce the amount of rage needed. I have tested this ability and it does work under certain conditions. You need to pair it with chains of emancipation. When you do, you can see the ticks of rage during combat. What I don't understand, is why when I get hit in combat I don't right away get the rage regeneration that I should be getting from the unique. Not sure if it's a bug or if I am misunderstanding the mechanics of the rage system. But I will report that it's synergy with chains of emancipation is quite good right now.

Sad they completely killed Kaom with the rework. The change from 100 to 300 was a strong nerf. But now it's unusable after the rework.
