Same issue. Very frustrating.
Obviously one could simply go and find someone with the spectres from channel 6666 but this is just another game loop breaking thing that simply adds a hurdle rather than a meaningful mechanic. Come on GGG, you can do better than making an artifical bump. |

Right. If you get Daemon Harpy from delve - it got into specter list, if you got it from shrine mapping - it is missing.
