UNABLE TO CONNECT TO INSTANCE

Same issue.

BUT the other day, I started the game from the Launchpad and then THE STEAM CLIENT UPDATED AND THE GAME LAUNCHED IN FULL SCREEN, and was able to play normally.

But now it runs in window mode and won't connect.

Logging into my PoE Account on the PoE Website before starting the game seems to work for me. Click Login as quickly as you can though in the game menu after startup otherwise it will not work. To prevent the game from crashing while playing turning on 'Do Not Disturb' both in steam chat and in-game by typing '/dnd' in the game chat helps.
