You start by actually following the guide/pob properly.

You are not using the correct skill tree, skill gems, flasks, some jewels and items are also wrong.
Do you even have a perfect warlord spectre or why are you not using a small cluster with enduring composure ?
Do you have a perfect guardian turtle?
You watchers eye is completely useless.
Spell cascade is useless in your setup, why use it?

does svalinn still worth getting for 100d price tag

compare to other upgrade
(94 to 100% dt, 27 to 30 ashes, progenesis?, jewel)
crafting rare is painful and market seem dead (hard to sell mid craft and rebuy base)

run perfect turtle, warrior, warlord, tiger

forbidden flesh and flame look interesting but don't have skill point
don't want to remove enduring bond and quick recovery
could free a lot of passive around safeguard if i can get svalinn
