My first T-17

I just ran my first T-17 map! And WHOAH... the fun!
Older player, not very good, playing Standard at lvl 100.
The experience for me was amazing. The excitement of the game came back right away. The content is way hard for me but with a suitable tree I got to the boss with one death. Then it was goodbye. But that wasn't without the most unbelievable play this map brought out in me. It is going to take me a very long time, if ever, to be able to kill bosses like that, and I don't mind that at all.
GGG it seems a bit rough though to gate content such as getting an extra map slot behind such maps. Hard content is an incentive to work towards but for new or struggling players this is a tough one.

Edit: T-17 maps are bullshit, pretty much like the decisions game management applies to its self centered vision I guess. A bit of thought about this would go a long way GGG.

2nd Edit: The whole new scarab and T-17 thing was a "Bring your kids to work day" at best.

Ya....they put no thought what so ever into t17's. The Uber bosses them selves are easier than the t17's you have to do to fight them. Wth is that??

What exackly are conditions for t17 to drop? Cuzz i havent seen even one yet.

I must be doing something wrong. I have two voidstones in Atlas, currently runnig t16 maps with all different scarabs and T17 havnt dropped yes.

Not. Even. One.

You need 4 voidstones to get the chance to drop T17s above negligible when running T16s.

You have 0.5% chance per voidstone, so you can start getting them with just one. Also they can drop in T14-T16. It is a chance for T16 to be a T17. T16 maps clearly have a better chance.

I did boss rush for a while to burn through my T14s and got quite a few T17s off the bosses.

I've run scores of T16s with 2 voidstones in standard this league and not one has dropped. I've run them across three differnt atlas trees. YMMV

you'd have been lucky to find one with only 2 stones. the chance becomes okay'ish at 4

I've tried to run them twice

they are not even enjoyable to run

I'm glad some no lifers playing broken meta builds are abusing them and what not I'm sure they are happy

its basically content that doesn't exist for most players
