ive killed catarina and uber catarina now both but its not triggering this dialogue here....

Wow I'm also having this issue! I am currently experiencing nautical dread because of it. Maybe I didn't actually defeat Catarina? Maybe it's not tracked because defeating Catarina has no actual quest state in the game? Maybe there's another way to defeat Catarina we have not thought about? I'm utterly perplexed!

Why can I not trigger this voiceline?? Do we have to assassinate Catarina with a fishing line? Do you know how much fishing line strength you would need for something like that?
