Random crashes to desktop | no errors

Same issue persisting for the past week. This issue is extremely prevalent when I zone into public areas like any act in town and people's hideouts. It's mostly ok in my own hideout and maps.

I went for about 2 weeks without a crash to desktop (seemingly fixed in the patch that called out fixing a crash).

Today I started crashing to desktop again, with no error message. It seems to happen mostly on map enter and exit.

Another thing I want to call out is that the last time this started for me, I was farming high mob density maps for EXP with Breach and am doing so again now. Could just be a coincidence.
