stacked decks and divination cards in Heist

Cant remember where it was mentioned, but it was mentioned before Nekropolis launch that they will nerf drop rate of stacked decks from multiple sources like Blight, Legion, Heist etc.

Think it was during the reveal stream

Sorry, but stream does not correspond to a document. Please read my post at the top, the drop rate was still normal at the beginning of the week. It was secretly reduced in the patch that was supposed to prevent the div explosions in the maps

And, because it wasn't documented, it maybe a bug. Hopefully someone from GGG can explain this to us

Diviner's incubators are nerfed as well. I've done 40 now, and have received 40 stacked decks.

They used to drop 2-4 stacked decks, now they drop 1.

This change makes no sense given GGG's design philosophy. (randomized everything)

If it's going to be 1 stacked deck every time, then just drop us a stacked deck instead of a diviner's incubator.

Even then, why were all div cards removed from heist except stacked decks?

same as when they nerfed all the sources of uniques from legion chests to blight chests to heist chests a few leagues back.

Same with blight chests. they used to drop 2-3 stacked decks along with other div cards, now just ONE stacked deck and no div cards. Looks like all sources of stacked deck drop is set to drop one deck only.

Please GGG give us an answer to this thread

Still sad that we are obviously not valued highly enough to write us a short answer.
