Kirac missions not unlocking

Posting in chase this helps,

Id progressed passed Tier 7 maps, had unlock maven and Eater of worlds influence on the map device. But still had a grayed out Kirac Mission tool(on mapping device) and was not getting the daily map.

I opened the first room of my Kirac's Vault pass rewards, and it unlocked my Kirac map tool for w/e reason.
