Could someone please help the Path of Survivors Developer?

I read that GGG did a DCMA takedown on the game because of the skill tree references. Can someone talk to the legal team and see if they can work with him. Its such a good little game it would be a shame if more people cant enjoy it. GGG was an indie dev studio at one point as well, and it would be such a good look PR wise.

pretty sure the point of these lawsuits is to prevent people from profiting on others work, if the game (which i know nothing about) copies or references too many instances in another game (like those mobile games ripping off World of Warcraft) they are likely to get shut down for copyright infringements or other various legal issues, plus making a post on the forum likely isn't going to get to GGG's legal team
