What up with obliterating pconc before we even had a chance to try it out ... like ok sure 30% was too much but halving that AND increasing charge usage from 6-8 is mad disrespect for a gem that is barely useable anyway

already nerfed pconc crazy for the first look at gem level 1. this gem needs more damage than the normal as you arnt getting overlaps, no ones going to use it.

If you kill manabond and manna stack character why do not nerf dd ??

Decides that next league I want to play Poisonous Concoction. Buys micro-transaction because I've decided that's the build I want to play.

GGG Next league:
Poisonous concoction receives a huge nerf and receives an annoying downside of having flask sustain issues.

Me:
Decides not to play poisonous concoction.

GGG:
Shows off cool new poisonous concoction transfigured gem.

Me:
I am going to play the new poisonous concoction transfigured gem.

GGG Before league start:
Nerfs the gem's damage HARD and makes flask sustain as difficult as the normal gem.

I wish they would provide more explanation on why they decided to make nerfs but I get why they don't. Hopefully some of the new items this league will make the flask sustain problem easier to manag
