"stacker builds" have no ceiling. Its endless hole, you can put into those builds as much as you want.

" There has to be a ceiling based on the limits of affixes available on items, jewels, etc. You could spend over 100 mirrors on them though, so figuratively and realistically there's no limit. My comment on the stacker ceiling just comes from the upper end of the builds on ninja from crucible to affliction being around 1.5 billion and my general's cry, and others I've seen being around 500 mill. 3.25 Patch Notes: We noticed we didn't manage to fully remove General's Cry in 3.24. It is now properly gone.
With the nerf to Blade Flurry (nerf in the Paradoxica setup despite the damage effectiveness buff) + nerf to General's Cry itself + removal ("rework") of The War Bringer (50% More Damage multiplier just lost), combined to the 3.24 nerfs, it's DEFINITELY dead now :'( |
