What Are You Not Looking Forward To In Path of Exile 2?

There isn't really much to look forward to. Upgraded graphics? Sure. But that's not enough. Gameplay-wise I see nothing compelling or revolutionary in PoE 2. PoE (and probably Last Epoch) still seems a better choice overall.

Then you won't play it and that's it

However, we will be able to discuss the better choice of which game is better once Poe 2 is released
50 hour campaign, slow game-play, longer/harder boss fights, WoW skill rotations, gold, no div cards/stacked decks (??), having to click an NPC to refill your flasks etc.

Still, maybe it all makes sense and it's fun somehow, we'll see. I'm more worried what's gonna happen to PoE1.

We tested it extensively
Never heard one thing about ruthless I wanted to experience. Not a single thing. Hard pass.
I love PoE for its speed and the ability to kill stuff fast. From what I've seen PoE 2 might be heading towards a more strategic and slower approach with all the different kinds of ammo types that you have to use strategically :D Not necessarily a bad thing, and has its right to exist, but definitely not for me.

But I hope it will have other great things that will grab my attention and make me overlook the potential slowness. Either way I'm happy for the split, because if I don't like it, I can always return to PoE 1. It would be absolutely awful if they would merge both games and then change the core of PoE completely.
The game being just as clunky and full of ridiculous on death mechanics as POE 1. Still waiting for the perfect ARPG.
Wait, you have to click to refill your flasks?

So you can only use them a few times per dungeon/map?

How does that even make sense?

Im really new to PoE but that sounds horrible, I like the current mechanic a lot.

During the campaign they won't refill automatically when entering town, but you can optionally go to the town's well and refill them there.
The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.
- WASD movement
- slow gameplay
- i expect more restricted character builds
- 25min boss fights
- 213 button builds
