Farming Residences, still can't get single Nimis divination card.

It's an Eater boss drop. The cards are there as farmable non-boss alternatives, mainly for SSF (and now Ruthless). They consider those items to be chase, even if they are abundant in trade, or niche.

Arguably, one of these cards is 5 div, so maybe you should get one per 2 hours of farming, but again, this is market defined.

I would farm something else, sell it, and buy Nimis.

Next league I'm gonna farm Eater for a Nimis, but if it doesn't drop, I am going to sell whatever he drops and buy it instead :D
