Shadow Nerf theory
So this is just theory and can be definitely not truth.
So my take after last patch what they done to affliction and didn't mentioned is two things looking at overall performance of league now. - they nerfed overall time in affliction forest (u get less these special wisps which lets u stay longer). Why they done it - so people can't over mega juice so easily and so that more casual player base doesn't over juice and fail their maps. - they nerfed wisp loot provided bonus by a bit, looking at drop rate. They done so that economy inflation stops going to the moon on some stuff. In my option that's what was not mentioned in patch notes or i suddenly after 1,4M on my mf started performing much worse then before :D. What are your thoughts on this? These two points definitely not true or patch note nerf for mobs de-spawn gave so much influence to loots overall? Last bumped on Jan 22, 2024, 8:51:31 AM

nothing changed for people I play with sounds like some major tinfoil hat you made up to explain the few maps you ran since the patch The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.

They dont give a crap about economy 1 months into a league. Only reason I could belive for shadow nerf is to slowly tone down the league so once they give us next one people wont have such harsh wake up from their "dream world" affliction.

Agree, dropped 3 divines from 50+ juiced maps over last few days, somethin's fishy.

Have ran about 50+ maps between T16 and T11/T12. I don't have a big sample size but it does seem that map tier and quantity have more of an effect of how often I get more than 3k Wsips.
