Any suggestions? I'd aim for 100% crit chance and accuracy before pivoting (local increased critical strike chance on bow really helps, can replace crafted cold resistance with a crafted critical strike chance). Also using rain of arrows in replica maloney's mechanism will cause issues since it shares a cooldown with rain of arrows in your body armour.
