It works quite well for me, managing to bossrush Nightmare maps and even doing some Ubers as well.

I do have one question though, why do Flickers usually tick x2 on Skills tab in PoB on Flicker Strike setup? Is it to show effect from the Warrior's Legacy ring - like it deal double damage (before jump and after)?
