" Hard to disagree here. Tone down the quantity and increase the quality. We have "increased item rarity" and "increased item quantity", but where the hell is "increased item quality" to improve the rolls on rares? Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.
