Some beasts unlocks special beast crafting recipes. Einhar sell currency that lets you itemize these beasts so you can sell them. In addition to that, red beats have fairly high IIR/IIQ, and combine well with wisps.

Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.

You focus on ffarming Craicic CHimerals and Fenumal Plagued Arcahnids in white maps. Chimeral is like 2.8 div right now and you can get 2-3 (on avg) of them in an hour. You can pair it with farming essences to get even moer profit while doing pretty much the same.
