Would you be willing to at least explain how you got damage in the 300k+ range? My necro is below 15k, so I am suffering in T12+ maps.

Aim for getting Withering Step to max level and quality. In the notes they mention that eventually, this is a Chaos damage build. Chance to Poison is for Chaos Damage, so I'd imagine that most, if not all of the damage difference comes from maxing out the Chaos damage. Withering Step is an essential part of that damage boost, applying 8 stacks of Withered at 20/20. And standing close to the enemy (because of Meat Shield). 300k is max damage, i.e. everything going right.

Try to revisit your gear, it seems absolute garbage to me, you must be a great player, if you managed to reach level 91 with this:)

I do revisit my gear, every time I find something that could be better. It took a lot of effort once I got into T12+ maps, as I had to work for those levels.

Also, don't knock my gear until you try it. You might be surprised.
