[3.23] CI CoC Ice Nova of Frostbolts Build | Occultist | Affliction | Path of Exile 3.23

Hey guys, ci cast on crit ice nova of frostbolts occultist build is here. In this version we use Chaos Inoculation for chaos immunity and we have max block chance with Glancing Blows. It's tankier than low life version but damage is lower.

Build Cost
- High Budget: 50-100 div


Mana: How do I sustain mana?
- Non-Channelling Skills have # to Total Mana Cost mod on rings
- Inspiration
- Mana leech from Clever Thief (Skill tree)
- #% increased Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion mod on Militant Faith

Critical Strike Chance: Aim for %100 crit chance.
- Power charges
- Diamond Flask, any flask with crit chance mod
- Inspiration charges
- Precision
- Ascendancy, Skill tree, Medium cluster
- Cospri's Malice
- Charms with "+#% Critical Strike Chance while at maximum Power Charges" mod

Cooldown recovery: We need at least 52% for this build. I got it from:
- Level 9 Awakened Cast on Critical Strike (34%)
- Belt (12%)
- Boots (6%)

Accuracy: We need %100 hit chance.
- Level 20 Precision
- Accuracy Rating on a ring
- Blind (Disorienting Display, Cluster Notable)
- Depth Perception (Skill Tree)

Aps: With 52% cooldown recovery optimal aps for cyclone is 10.1. Don't go over it. Cyclone's aps is 9.92 with this setup. (I'm still missing some attack speed but it was hard to optimize the build with cospri)
- 10% inc attack speed, Quick Getaway (x2)
- 17% inc attack speed, Flask
- 20% inc attack speed, Onslaught
- 12% inc attack speed, Gloves
- 14% inc attack speed, Watcher's Eye
- 5% inc action speed, Boots

Stun Immunity: Using a charm with "Cannot be Stunned by Hits you Block". It's not full stun immunity but better than nothing.

Militant Faith: Dominus to get Inner Conviction keystone.
Try to get one with these mods:
- 4% increased Elemental Damage per 10 Devotion
- 1% reduced Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion

Before switching to coc make sure you have:
- Unique items
- Enough dexterity for cospri's malice
- Enough accuracy and crit chance to trigger skills

Any idea how i can search "increased reservation efficiency of skills" jewel from poe trade, it shows 0 results.

Have to search for it a very specific way.

where else can we get cooldown recovery from if we dont have awakened coc gem? can we get 34% from somewhere else?

you have to have awakened CoC. i used regular CoC until i could afford it.

there is no other way? 8 divine seems a lot for just 1 gem

How do you get lvl 9? I only see a level 5 socketed, +1 to gems from chest. Where are the additional 3 levels coming from?
