Actually, you can sustain the juice for those maps. I'm doing it solo in a small private league. Those spires literally hurl out so much currency (including scarab explosions) it's silly

Not seen many solo players being able to run these maps honestly. If you take away things like delirium and beyond maybe. If I hit 8k+ I need actually HH buffs to clear maps decently, and guardians etc are like white mobs to me, 1 shot and they are deleted.

Then again there is so much variety in how you can run these maps.
