Why do POE players always feel the need to hate on every league ?

Every game community is like that. Is POE the only game you play?

Is your memory so bad you dont even rememebr what did you write? Go to 2nd page of this thread and read what you posted there. Several times if needed.

hoho, Path of Exile peaked with 3.11 and 3.13. Honorable mentions to LoK - not because of the league but the base game felt amazing. It's been downhill since. Can't wait for next summer!

Funny how everyone says diffrent league as "last good one". Just shows that its mumbling of senile man, typical "in my days it was better".
Vast PoE playerbase will say that base game felt the best in ToTa, and stats show that clearly. You really think ToTa had best retention of all leagues in history because of good league mechanic?

Not every league is made for every player so deal with it. Also your vision != GGG's vision by any means . You want a game made just for you go make your own if you have what it takes. (BTW this is a free game as well if you forgot)

I wish I had the time to play as much as most of you and enjoy everything that POE has to offer (besides the usual performance problems).

Ok to be fair its just objectively true that 90% of the leagues that have come out in the past 2 years are straight up worse than the leagues that came out the previous 2 years before that.

That's a fact, supported by player numbers and player drop off over the last 2 years compared to the previous 2 years. It is common for some of the objectively strongest league mechanics of the last 2 years to be died to the most obnoxious, boring, or over tuned content in the game.

It is blatantly obvious that the current team developing the leagues is not comparable to the previous team, which is currently working on PoE 2 instead.

Over the last 10 years, I have played PoE for the shortest amount of time over the last 2 years, than the previous 8 years.

I don't mind the league that much. I don't particularly find the league mechanic fun or interesting. Ultimatum which I was excited to play again, apparently is super trash, which is a huge disappointment for me. I am not a fan anymore of buffs that hide what is actually happening from the player. Empowered by X wisp tells me nothing about what is happening. It is obvious that they each do a ton of different buffs when simply looking at an enemy who has all 3 wisps. Especially if they have projectiles. The buffs are crazy, but hidden.

Objectively? You mean that as in perceivable through facts and evidence, without prejudice or bias? Can you prove that? The game has steadily attracted more and more players so I'd be surprised if you could prove the opposite
