if minions hits are always critical strike does that mean that minions instability (secondary damage which is also a hit) can CRIT ?

Question about Summon Skeleton of Mages
If i use a Vaal Orb on this gem, it will be the new gem "Vaal summon skeleton of mages". If this is the case, will be all skeletons what i cast via vaal skill mages or will they be out of the vaal skeleton pool (soldiers, archer, mages & general)? |

They completely removed instant spell skills of the game by removing vortex. remember if they give you something, they remove something that was cool from the game. i guess vortex was too OP, a whooping 4% of player were playing it. BUT they buff tornado shot. makes sense i guess lol.
