Does this 10% apply "for each time it has chained" (I'd assume so), or is it just a general skill multiplier based on number of chains?

Some are being skipped as well, like Bane, so it may take a bit longer than that.

At the rate of current release though, the last few Transfigured gems posts are set to be pretty thick.

There's something like 300 active skills, they've only released like 80 in two posts, there's some skills with more than one alternate version, and there's only a few days left. 3 if they release one on Friday (EST).
