I'm pretty sure the guy RMTs, but to play a devil's advocate, streamer Path of Math did a hideout warrior challenge - basically earn enough currency for a HH from a hideout. Flipping and crafting is a thing.

Few leagues back there was some marauder guy that everyone laughed about. He was in some leveling charts, over level 90, but no accendancies done, so in theory very possible.

OP has gear worth multiple mirrors. you cant get that without doing end game content. you can tell that he barely done any
