If ratios are any indication - there are more divines in circulation than usual. Probably has to do with how easy it is to farm divines in the new mechanic.

Mapping requires you to run a proper high investment strategy and to be knowledgable about selling items to become as rewarding as Sanctum/TotA.
Also just having high quantity/rarity by itself because of some altars does nothing. |

If you don't know how to invest in maps then you aren't going to make anything and if you are bad at the tota mechanic then you aren't going to make anything.
