The Fortunate drop rate shadownerfed to the abyss?

How hard did they shadownerf the drop rate of The fortunate divination card?
I play a Mf character with 80% quant and i used to see about 1-2 cards every 1-2 maps. After the latest patch ive collected 3 stacks of Imperial legacy over about 30 maps and havent seen a single the fortunate.

This midleague shadownerf stuff doesn't save the economy it just hurts anyone that wasnt early on the train and puts people even further behind those who they are trying to combat (the whales)

Do you even know how RNG works or what a dry streak is?

considering how GGG shadow nerfed loot in kalandra . no wonder ppl think that GGG again shadow nerfed something

It's human nature I guess. Initially I thought that the new patch reduced the loot in tota, but I was just unlucky and eventually I got an enlighten gem and 2 pure divines, among other things, in a single run.

Yes sure i have raw divines drop aswell sometimes 1-3 in a single map without divine alters. however enlighten and divines are not the same as the divination card The fortunate wich was my topic.

A suggestion is to study probabilities. Also human behaviour and a bit how the brain is working. The last one "wants" to find a (logic) explanation for everything. Why something happends or not. Some look at the sky and see stars, planets and a moon and so on. That does not affect if Newcastle will win a football game or not.

People have the behaviour that when somthing is random, they still need an explanation for themself. How could it be number 17 four times in row when standing at the roulette table? Because it is a probability of one in 1 874 161. But that is when you start counting now and spin four times. When it has happened there was a lot of combinations that could happened but all of them has the exact same chance. That number, yes!

So it is nothing but that random generator but it follows the probability whatever that is.

If you have been serious in betting or so, you would have know about volatility and how streaks will happen no matter what. We could say this game is high volatility, and then its quite normal to not "win" for an amount of time. So instead of money as stake, you but time in stake instead.

Play 10 000 hours and do exact the same thing as another I bet the result will be that close to the other who done the same as you - that you wouldnt believe it!

My very limited anecdotal experience: I have probably dropped more earlier in the league than I drop now.

I had one divine altar all last league and it was for a boss kill.

Ive had three minion divine altars this league already. Maybe they shadow buffed divine altars?

I got a Divine in Act 10, random is random.

RNG is RNG, I don't know if the drop rate was nerfed, but drop rates for everything are adjusted all the time, so who can really say for sure other than GGG.

That said, I could run 30 maps without finding a card, then drop 3 cards in a single map and 2 in the next. Some times a very large sample size is needed to even out the stats.
