You could probably replace deli orbs with corrupted high quant maps and get a similar amount or more fractured shards for less time per map but I prefer to run more than just one mechanic.

i didnt do sextant and deli orb but did the rest most of the times. anyway i specced into legion now and just after a few maps its already more rewarding than harb was

sextants, scarabs, rolling maps and eater quantity altars. the harbinger sextant is extremely important and I use gilded harbinger scarabs. picking quantity altars from eater whenever possible. I don't use delirium orbs as I'm waiting for level 100 to run 80%/100% delirious maps on my own

don't waste points on harbingers if you won't use these in your maps. you'll maybe find one shard after 50 maps without the investment

Grimros experience was about 50 ancients to 1 full frac orb. My runs have been about the same.
