Whats good? In Football Manager - don´t get the best players because you know. Start with a low league team. You decide how hard it will be, how fun it will be and everything.

In PoE you can build whatever you like, wanna try, think is cool, hard, superhard or just looking good. No one need to change anything except the player. Make the adventure you want. If I think level 30 mobs are to hard, I go down, grind and thinking out something. If I think the mobs are crap easy all the way. Play ssf, make something new. Open you eyes, see the world.

It is actually really pretty when you watch!


Yes, why would you make 200 unused skills usable(Viable), when you can grind yourself and run with those skills against walls to figure out that one niche case were they make 5% dmg of meta skills.

Give me a break. There is not one single reason why GGG cant work on their bad skills and make them usable in more builds. Whats your point in defending a stale meta? You shoot yourself in the foot with that.
Regarding the 'Destructive Play' keystone:
- does the chance to drop an awakened gem apply to the additional spawned bosses?
- is the maven wittnessing all spawned bosses for invitations?
go to work, get married, have some kids, pay your taxes, pay your bills, watch your TV, play PoE, follow fashion,
act normal, obey the law ... and repeat after me: I AM FREE.

Hidden Blade is like Cast While Channeling in that the cast rate of Unseen Strike is on a set interval that is unaffected by increased/reduced cooldown. One problem interaction with Hidden Blade up through 3.21 is that there is an internal cooldown for the skill of .5 seconds, which was causing increases of CDR to do nothing, but reductions to cause the proc interval to be greater.

I interpret the new change here to be eliminating that, and thus making it so Unseen Strike triggers every .5 seconds regardless of CDR mods. This may also make 2x Hidden Blade viable since they could each trigger, when before 1 would put the skill on CD and prevent a second.

Unseen Strike let's go!
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.
