Player stats has been decreased after game update. Is the game is still beta version?

Just after the game update I have realized that my Holy Flame Totem set DPS has been decreased from ~152000 to ~134000. It is mean that devs has change it with about 20000 points!!!!
Is anyone can tell me where is the point for character progress if devs simply destroying whole fun from this progress by just changing stats with no reason. How I may feel happy/proud by the gameplay if the whole my efford might by simply undermined by unlogical devs decisions.
If those changes are to correct the game ballance is it mean that the game is still in beta version? After the F 10 years they are unable to make it right without negative impact ont the game and players? Are we F game testers to treat us in that way?
Instead of ex. increase: max character level, maps tier they simply decide to undermine players the game progress by decreasing theirs stats... (FACEPALM)... curved logic.
I have paid for the game content and I'm expected that product that I have already bought will be ready to use and if it is not I have to ask for money back! For this moment I have that feeling that the game is still in the production becouse all of those changes which might effect in possitive experience that might effect on our as a players good feeling.

Did you read the patch notes to see if any of your items/gear/skills would be affected?

And no, you did not "pay for the game content". PoE is free to download and play. Microtransactions are a different matter entirely.

So what, even if anything has been changed? It should never happened in that way! It it totally undermines the logic of the game.

We are buying the game content like ex. stash tabs by heaving that hope that game is logical and build on logical rules. If not, would you buy anything by knowing that everything will loose sens and whole your efford and time will be undermined?

It is simply cheating! Devs undermine the rules and game sens of the game progress logic.

Well no, you totally misunderstand how PoE works.
Every release there are changes to the game. These changes have an impact on the builds made "before" the new release. Is always been like this and it will continue being like this.

And in regards to what you have "paid for", then this is an "renting" agreement between GGG and you in regards to your "temporaly" having access to their game MTX.

Maybe it is written ... "after your 3 years gameplay, we have decided to undermine your game progress and game logic simply by devaluate your time and efford you put in the game by making enemys stronger and you - weaker only becouse we would like to increase your time in the game and probobility that you will spend more money for buying our stash tabs (which without will make this game a horror for you) and rest of out game content"?

Is it? Where? Or maybe it is secret informatons that we have to read "betwean the words"?

I bet that most of us, knowing that on the beggining probobly would never start playing this game. This is simply form of a cheating.

Just give all of my money that I have spend on the game back and I will with great pleasure leave this devs-cheaters community and pseudo player-helpers like you who are forcing others to believe that cheating us by other is a good thing.
