So... You removed Onslaught that worked for all skills and replaced it with Momentum which only works for attack skills?

Will Manaforged Arrow trigger on the 3rd or 4th attack with a bow attack skill? I'm assuming that the mana cost referenced is the listed cost in the tooltip

All changes to melee are fine, I don't see a need to improve somethin that only the 10% uses.
