My mana regen is fine.
I found this ring, just didn't replace it yet. I also just bought 2 Ventor's Gamble.

My damage is really good right now. I will get a Nimis later, just to improve clear when I start farming juicy maps with Delirium etc..

Did you remove the CWDT+Steelskin from the setup and if so why? Shouldn't we have enough open gem slots for them?

Essentially what is happening is with the Rathpith + Dissolution combo is that you are consuming your life in order to cast your mines (Due to rathpith). Now this won't kill you but will always put you on low life when you keep casting, making use of the Pain Attunement keystone (Granting 30% more spell damage while on low life).

When you take any damage from enemies, your life will start to get reserved and you will die once all of it gets reserved (This is from Dissolution). So instead of the mob dealing the damage to you, your life gets reserved instead. You want as high of a life pool as possible and always be moving to stay alive.
