[3.24] Ice Shot / Lightning Arrow Deadeye (Or Tornado Shot) - 400%+ MS, League Start Viable!

Is the PoB updated to 3.23 already and/or is this 3.23 viable this league?

The PoB is updated and the build is more viable than ever

I will add keep updating it as the league progress and we get more information on tinctures and charms and how it shapes the meta.

Absolutely, the build functions without any affliction introduced mechanics. It's only more tools to have fun with.

You'll also have the pleasure to use legacy quicksilver flasks and other op standard specific items ! :)

I was wondering if the Artillery Ballista setup can be replaced with Storm Rain/Manaforged Arrow and if so what links to use, especially while leveling.
While it would probably be slower for bosses in the campaign it should speed up everything else.

Any suggestions on Atlas? what can this benefit from the best or should we go?

I remember testing it and I believe the best setup was

Blast rain
Manaforged Arrow
Life Tap
Storm Rain

A lot of people love legion on this build and rightfully so, it fits very well the zoomy playstyle.

I think there are many good Atlas setup, I would only recommend to stay away from league mechanics that don't benefit from the speed of your fast character like Blight and Harvest.

I personally enjoy Searing Exarch Altar speed farming on a wandering path tree.

@Laeortia You can check my profile, i'm in standard with a manaforged setup.

For the league, i think the Warden of the Maji does not line up very well with Mageblood or any flasks management. In other hand, i find the Primalist so powerfull... charms seems a bit too powerfull.
