[3.23] CoC Ice Nova Build (52% CDR) | Occultist | Affliction | Path of Exile 3.23

Hey guys, cast on crit ice nova occultist build is here. I usually go for 14% cdr version because it's easy to gear around but this time i wanted to try 52% cdr version.
Ice Nova is a cold spell that deals damage in an expanding wave around the player. If the player has any active Frostbolt projectiles, Ice Nova will be cast around those projectiles instead.

Build Cost
- High Budget: 50-100 div


Before asking a question please read.

Mana: How do I sustain mana?
- Non-Channelling Skills have # to Total Mana Cost mod on rings
- Divergent Inspiration
- Mana leech from Essence Sap (Amulet annoint)
- #% increased Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion mod on Militant Faith
- #% reduced Mana Cost of Skills on jewels

Critical Strike Chance: Aim for %100 crit chance.
- Power charges
- Diamond Flask,
- Any Flask with crit chance mod
- Inspiration charges
- Precision
- Ascendancy, Skill tree, Medium cluster
- Cospri's Malice

Cooldown recovery: We need at least 52% for this build.
- 34% CDR, Awakened Cast on Critical (Lvl 9)
- 19% CDR, Boots

Accuracy: We need %100 hit chance.
- Level 21 Precision
- # to Accuracy Rating on a ring
- Blind (Disorienting Display, Cluster Notable)
- Unnatural Instinct

Aps: With 52% cooldown recovery optimal aps for cyclone is 10.1. Don't go over it. Cyclone's aps is 9.88 for this setup. I still need like 3% inc attack speed.
- 20% inc attack speed, Quick Getaway (x4)
- 20% inc attack speed, Onslaught
- 5% inc attack speed, Jewel
- 21% inc attack speed, Skill Tree
- 9% inc action speed, Tailwind

Militant Faith: Dominus to get Inner Conviction keystone.
Try to get one with these mods:
- 4% increased Elemental Damage per 10 Devotion
- 1% reduced Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion
(Check the jewel on pob before you buy it.)

Life Reserve: You need "2% increased Reservation Efficiency of Skills" mod on one jewel to be able to use all auras on Prism Guardian.

3.21 CHANGES:
- Arcane Surge Support no longer causes Arcane Surge to grant more Spell Damage. Instead, it now causes Arcane Surge to grant 10% increased Cast Speed

3.23 CHANGES:
- Gem quality changes.
- Lab enchants are gone.

Any crucible nodes you would think are really beneficial? I am thinking about global damage or spell leech to energy shield. But I am noob, wanted your opinion.

I have same question like a guy above, what crucible nodes do you recommend for that build?

Nova in Cospri + Nova in 6- link don't work togeher. You Should change nova in cospri to another skill like frezing pulse etc

I have a 3% jewel, the 20% life mastery, and all of the reservation nodes. I still can't use all three in the Prism Guardian. Says my life requirement per aura is 33.33%. Any tips?

Edit, I just realized the jewel is mana reservation. Trying to find another source for generic reservation. Can't find anything IDK how to make the three PA auras work. Maybe drop the Ice Nova enchant for an enchant for one of the auras? worth it?
