Can't refund passive points

Actually it is an old character created 10 years ago. So that caused the issue and now is perma bugged?

You have allocated 2 points since your YT video, have you tried to refund those new points?

Or, have you tried to remove the jewel in that cluster spot first?

I removed the Jewels from the clusters and tried refunding those notes, but still not working. Both Jewel clusters are now redundant and should be refundable! Also tried refunding any other redundant note (incl. mastery ones), unfortunately unsuccessful.

At this point, I would wait for the next passive reset with the next league.

Sorry for necroing an old thread, but it was the top result on Google when I searched for this issue.

On my Witch, I could not refund "Spell Damage and Mana" and the two intelligence nodes above it, even though all of the other nodes were fully connected through the "Energy Shield and Mana" side of the tree. Finally, after reading this thread, I tried refunding "Enduring Composure", which is a node from a jewel. It was provided by the "Megalomaniac" cluster jewel, and it was socketed in the far upper right of the tree (to the right of "Eldritch Battery".

As soon as I did that, I was able to refund the "Energy Shield and Mana" node and the two intelligence nodes above it.

Note: I did not have to remove the cluster jewel, I just had to refund the "Enduring Composure" node provided by it.

Note: I had refunded about 30-40 points before that with no problems. I do not know why only those 3 nodes were stuck, but I figured I'd post about it here since it seems like a bug.

Note: This character is in the Keepers League, softcore. It's not SSF.
