I just play with the game sounds and music. Some on death effects have sounds, so it helps to hear the warning.

I recently discovered audiobooks help a lot with boredom while grinding, so I listen to that atm. Otherwise I play tekno sh*t, French/German/Dutch hardcore or speedcore/terrorcore while farming.

Usually just the in-game music/sfx for anything that requires brain power. Mindless farming I go with EDM.
