No where does it say 'work office monitor'

Do your research about 32:9 and figure it out. I'd say you got baited by Samsung or play the wrong games giving that 32:9 isn't really well supported yet.

But giving your advertise logic a 4k OLED TV should be bad for gaming because there's no "gaming" in the title. Shit works amazing for most games tho. Oh wait the screen comes with the proper aspect ratio for games :)

[Removed by Support]

32:9 was supported perfectly well in PoE from 2013 until 2022 when GGG broke it for no logical or defensible reason.

You pretty much have to use irrational/horrible logic like this to defend the inclusion of black bars.

Except it was completely logical. It was further than the server actively loaded npcs.

This was explained later as a quote from the community team:

"
Previously it was possible to manually set the aspect ratio of the Path of Exile client to be very short and wide, allowing you to see an unintended amount of the level at once. A limit needed to be set. Because of server serialisation distances, this maximum aspect ratio is currently set to 21:9. This is the widest that we can currently go before we start hitting the cutoff where entities and effects vanish. We are looking at being able to increase this in the future.

It is hard to google why is was done i mean i had to type 2 whole words to find the post again

32:9 is hardly a gaming monitor giving the low range of games that actually support it. Even 21:9 isn't even fully supported in all modern games these days.
You can use it sure but you should also be fully aware of the downside of hitting games without support for various reasons. But people just complain right away as soon as their bad choice won't give them the proper expected outcome.
After all it's more of a work space monitor even these days and less of a proper gaming monitor even with the "gaming" marketing tag on it.

You can put a gaming label on anything. Go get them gaming sockz while you‘re at it hoho

Black bars are not a logical solution to this problem. Several rational alternatives have been presented in this thread.

Some of y'all need a logic class.
