What's your average hit on each staff?

if i'm not wrong, its 1M with boss staff and 450k with clear map staff, the dps

There is a lot of room for improvement, I just need time to sit and play :D

In-game tooltip is honestly very misleading. The most meaningful comparison between versions is the "average hit" in Path of Building. A storm has a dps of approximately 7-8 times that number (and we can stack up to 5 against immobile enemies).

PoB can also take into account unnerve, penetration and everything.

About 1.2M averege hit with boss staff and 390k with map clear staff.

its not counting the right chill effect, its set default (20%), because on uber pinnacle bosses its 24%, pinnacle bosses and guardians 28/30% and other regular monsters 30%, with increases the damage from bonechill effect.

How do you guys craft the rare amulet? and also the cluster jewel

Not sure if this was already mentioned in this thread, but you can basically save a skill point by applying Ghost Reaver to your sanctified relic (via Lycias Invocation ~ about 20 Chaos).
There might be better keystones that can be applied, I had a quick look but didnt see any though.

i've opted for EO on my relic. it's a bit more expensive (last time i checked around 1 div), but it saved me 3 points total.

You basically don't. It's too complicated and costly, you're better off just buying them.
