I find the Leviathan one most useful, hopefully not absurdly rare. Shepherd's Sandals and The Enforcer are also nice.

Casualize the game even more yeah...
Affliction and Necropolis are the worst leagues ever. The current game design has turned this game into a loot-shower fest, chase uniques are too available; and obtaining chase items through stacked decks and valdo's boxes is a flawed design. The game also needs a massive balance pass overall.
