Im kind of in the same boat as the guy before me, i cant wrap my brain around the stacked defenses here. I have 1.5k life, 3.1k ES (could get a few hundo more with 21 disc, but no cash rn), 40%block/46%spell block, 71% suppress with lucky. Got a lucky drop and got some divs to get clusters with, got RMR small clusters for the auras and thought thatd help me be more tanky but nope, i die to a small breeze. any kind of DOTs fuck me up in the blink of an eye. Also my damage feels not very good. its decent but not really enough for how much i think i should be doing.

Any pointers on what do i save up for next? Did i miss something major? I presume empower for more damage at least and maybe a skin of the lords for another +2. But defenses im stumped on. i dont think getting the suppress from 71% to 100% is gonna make THAT much of a difference, plus i have no idea where i could get that anyways. Or more armor/evasion for that matter.

What should i save for next? Which things are gonna make me ”tanky”? Maybe a rumis at least?

Hey Jokke,

you have already good starter gear.

As above phys max hit taken, flasks, skills and auras are not optimal.

I would recommend to start:

+ Before getting the watcher`s eye, squeeze in a shaper ring life gained on spellhit for active recovery.

+ Get a Rumi`s, get a Sin's rebirth flask

+ Skin of the Lords are extreme cheap 10 c, probably take "Magebane" as keystone on it.

+ Next squeeze in "Flesh and Stone", get skill efficiency , on the amulet anoint, in "sovereignity", on more small clusters.

More examples for typical balancing into 3.27 tankyness I posted above page 125:

Physical ehp is sometimes low around some red map-mods.

Most easy in your set-up is already taking in more universal flat dr.
I.e. build in:

Get 1-2 small clusters, amulet-anoint charisma, etc., for an improved mana-manamanagement, then activate flesh and stone (up to 25% dr nearby).




Then when wanted another Graft saps also for 6% more dr when you didn't already placed sap on the AG's boots. Because it's a debuff to the mobs, and because the Allstars-build itself reaches already full 90-95% flat dr, it's high effective.




The complete guidings for all levels and budgets are guided in thematical separated spoilers. The most important stats are:

1) Because the Allstars buff their HoA-damage on 9-12 medium clusters, the architecture of our tree and clusters enable to build in many small cluster-jewels for many skill-efficiency for many tanky auras. The basic auras with global defences (ar, ev, es) are further doubled by Skin of the Lords.

Visit in "checklist stats" --> "mana-management".

2) Because the Allstars have ordinary no problems with the medium clusters to reach 100-200M damage, they can use many skills, supports, gear etc. to reach 90-95% flat dr.

Visit in "checklist stats" --> "90% - 95% flat damagereductions".

3) Because the Allstars do focus on high flat 95% dr, they also do not reach a high life+es pool.
This is equalized of course by the 95% flat dr and beyond stacked into millions of ehp by overstacking all sources of high recovery: keystones, cybil`s paw, aegis aurora, watcher`s eye, shaper-ring, etc.

Visit in "checklist stats" --> "recovery 20k++ /sec".

4) The Allstars stack many more layers of defences with the pantheon, melding of flesh, flasks, jewels, etc.

On page 122 in the Keepers-news are also many more tipps. As example trading-tipps what is cheap af** this league.
Or when you activated already the "Bitter Heresy" bloodline to switch, when wanted, the amulet or a few clusters or skills into tankyness.

I always recommend the relaxed tanky Trickster first.

did you bought your gear for 20 chaos or for 25 chaos?

Do you really mean the keystone CI? When you build around CI correct, it's probably the most tanky keystone in whole poe in chaos-including content from medium gear onwards. But sorry, your gearlevel is much cheaper and lower. Go hybrid bike this build guides, later you can switch to CI when you want, but i e. in high juiced T-17 stay, like the build shows, hybrid.

You simply have not the flasks, not the shield, not the jewels, and also not the recovery, and you simply still miss your basic resis?

For science, so what did you expected?
Without resis?
Without jewels?
Without recovery?

How much ehp did you reached in your own pob actually? Which max hits taken are in your actual pob?
And did you took your time to compare your own reached ehp and max hit taken to the ehp and max hit taken of the here guided build?

I get only like 35-40 Virulence on Single target with no adds around, how caan i get more?

I got max res, 3k Energy shield 2k Life, 100% Spell suppress, like 40 block.

The 3 mandatory components for HoA-virulences are explained in the beginning of spoiler "The build - HoA step by step" (and also in the spoilers "Beginning and Levelling" and in the "Gear Progression" on page 100).

You need just 3 steps:

1) 80%++ poisonchances for your own spellhits: 20% HoA-buff, on tree 25% serpentine spellslinger, 25% fatal toxins, later stack 10x the int-tattoos 5% chance to poison to 50%. Before the tattoos: 40% chance to poison supportgem or 40% rare gloves with poison-support.

2) Fast spells: ball lightning of orbiting with enough mana-reg, tornadoes of ele turbulences, best cwc triggered. Tornadoes can later also be cwdt triggered.

3) Above 60 virulences the golden rule jewel: double virulences, to counter suicide "unaffected by poison" on helmet maw of conquest. Later moved over to rare hunter-boots.

And avoid high juiced 400% increased map/invitation-mods "enemies have chances to avoid poison". Later with high dps you can easy take this mapmod too, but in lower levels it's unconfomfortable to farm.

Hey there, im looking for some advice.

Ive played he build for most of the league, just made another character to test some things but i play the herald of agony character mostly.
I struggle with heavy hits atm, feels like my block is very low and its been abit of a mess tbh, not sure if i want to play hybrid or CI. Ive crafted all my clusters/helm/boots myself. In maps im fairly tanky, mainly due to watchers eye recovery. Ignore the 6L, i have been playing with pierce/fork/returning as what i prefer to do maps with.

Single target with vile toxins + vicious feels okay. at 81 virulence stacks atm. Can kill juiced t16s with harbinger strat and scarabs, can do t17s with some struggle on some of the bosses. I usually die to random stuff here and there every other map.

Any advice is appreciated im just looking for guidance and direction. If its relevant i got about 40 div atm cash

need assistance with solving the virulence stacking on the bosses ( I tried the Chambers of Impurity boss and the Black star ) but I cant get more than 30 stacks if lucky and they are failing fast lol


Here is my PoB..
I have poison chance to 109% and minion poison chance 100% also using ball of lightning, tornado etc.
I tried also bloodline heresy but in that case the flame instead of tornado was even worse and I had even lower number of virulences...

I really don't know what's wrong. I should be deleting the bosses but instead it takes 5 minutes to kill the boss spinning on him until he slowly dies.
