Yes. the damage is there

I see two passives allocated to +maximum frenzy charges. Where is the frenzy charge generation coming from during the acts? - Nevermind I see it's from Charged Mines Support

Also, how does the build change now that there isn't a passive mastery reducing mana reservation?

In the act 3 part, you said to pick "Reservation Mastery: 15% increased Mana Reservation Efficiency of Skills", but with 3.19 they removed it, should i pick another mastery or just put the skill point somewhere else?
