You have the wrong flask enchant. It should be used at the end of flask effect.

The wrong flask enchant is significantly reducing his flask sustain. You just overcame it by getting better clusters. Your guide has two flask sections. In the first one you describe the correct flask enchant to use; however, in the second one the picture of your flasks have the wrong enchant.
