Herald of Ash is a very good way to boost dps and clear for low budget!
But keep in mind when you have a IIQ Gem the Overkill Damage wont apply your IIR/IIQ Gem so you lose alot of MF! You could link an IIQ gem to HoA but we are tight on gem sockets so its not rly a choice on the high end.

i use it purely for damage, the overkill does not hit hard enough to kill basically anything so im not concerned.

Buy a blue base and craft it up, or mirror one that is already done. For what you get it's typically cheaper overall to do the latter.

If youre starting with a blue quant base and no second mod, you want to imprint/aug/regal over and over until you land t1 suffix rarity.

Then youre typically sufflock veil orb until you land a good third suffix.

Then youre applying eldritch orbs to work prefixes over and over until you hit t1 prefix rarity and complete your prefixes.

This is an extremely tedious and expensive process. Mirroring existing items always gonna be cheaper at this point.

The build worked fine before 3.22. But with the new patch i suddenly can't use Vaal Skills with flask up ? What am I doing wrong ?
