I played with it a bit on Standard with some changes. Removed Defiance Banner, I use a Stampede with the Charisma anoint, added a level 3 Enlighten, and switched to a level 15 Precision. Also not required by a long shot but I use a Mageblood since I got one last league so now most of my Standard builds are gonna use it lol.

I breezed through the juiced T16s I tried out, and my accuracy and crit aren't even capped like they should be.

Question:

Why are you using lmp instead of gmp on your Frostbolts? Is there a specific reason for it?

GMP isn't worth the extra mana costs.

For some reason i've got 30% res efficiency on my prism guardian which should normally allow me to run all three auras on it but i can only run 2, is there any specific reason as to why? Checked all the gear over to see if there was any additional life efficiency on it but nothing so i'm not sure what else i could do to run all three auras on life. (Running grace to have at least my ES but not running hatred causes me to have less damage.)

Edit: Nvm i found the issue and remembered that the changes to the mastery caused it to not work.

Haven't played CoC before and I'm wondering why the shaper/crusader influence is needed on the boots/belt - is that instead of the awakened gem or in addition to?

Also... if I were to be 3 points short of this tree - which points would you suggest to forgo in the short term without breaking the build.

Last question - Ele damage with attack skills on the ring - is that needed or just a small bonus?

Yep, just over. You could either not use the onslaught flask or remove some small attack speed boost you have somewhere.
