The CHEAPEST I think would be crafting your own power charge helmet. Single vaals on random crowns is fine, don't need to double corrupt. By the time you're done you may his some 90% reservations you can sell too and you'll PROFIT from that process on average.

If you catch me online i can sell you my spare 21/20 oscillating vaal arc for 10d as well, but it's not as huge of an upgrade.

Some other ideas:
- Flasks
- Instill your vinktar
- Buy Oriath's end
- Shavs corrupt
- Better boots, belt, or ring
- Thunderfist implicit crit
- Harvest quality your shimmeron
- Finish buying your gems
- Better jewels
- Exalt your cluster for the single mod that gives
