Fuck battle passes, thought we were safe in PoE but I guess real life and greed always catches up.
Remove this feature and don't add it to the game... Affliction and Necropolis worst leagues ever. The current game design has slowly turned this game into a loot-shower fest, chase uniques are way too available; and obtaining chase items through stacked decks simply isn't fun. Rework stacked decks needed.

how can we earn more money? some idiot at the table: lets copy CoD's and other franchieses "season passes" nobody got thrown out of the window here :'( -------------------- quick question though... in paradoxica's example, would that effect be the new weapon skin? or weapon effect skin? can they be combined? is it like a gem mtx? cause it would be detrimental if the weapon effect cannot be combined with other weapon mtx's imo, out of all of those the only one that looked decent imo was the bottled faith effect, to make it easier to spot the aoe from the flask during big fights where there's lots of shiny stuff going on. otherwise its pretty "meh" imo PoE has always had a pretty steep price tag on mtx's imo, and i was fine with that, but if you're going to start using season passes like this, it just feels like you want to become the next cod,fortnite whatev crap industry that just wants to drain as much money as possible from its players... at a more steep price too. like the headhunter thing? how would you even notice "heads" explode when you run a build that causes every mob to "explode" on death? needless to say im not really conviced about how well this was considered (besides the quick profit scheme)... |

I'm surprised that GGG chose to sell expensive pass for simple objective, literally everyone have to complete maps, I don't see "battle"/challenge part in it.
Why not make the pass cheap and tie progression to regular challenges. Doing so, will be pretty familiar to other games where you have extra rewards by paying, but challenge part is shared between paid and free players. Developer of "Awakened PoE Trade"

Can't say I like the direction of the increasing monetization bloat, but I'm still going to buy it, so I guess that makes me part of the problem.
It's a dog eat dog world out there, and I don't taste very good.
