I went on Poe craft and it confuse me even more haha... + You just spam 1 resonator bound fossils on that helmet until you hit a +2 or +1 with your choice of prefixes or suffixes. Ok, thanks. and sorry to bother, but for the rest? Because for example in one place you have flame wall and not in the other. The same happens with tempest shield.
